Personal Independence Payment - UPDATE

The government is intending to replace disability living allowance (DLA) with a benefit called personal independence payment (PIP).

The guidance in the attachment at the bottom of this page has been produced by DIAL/Scope and looks at the latest developments and the new rules for the proposed benefit.

You can also access the latest submisions to the government lead by Disability Alliance which suggests ammendments and comments on the new assessment process for eligibility.  You can find this here.
