*Leisure and Sport Activities Coordinator

Disability Equality now has a new "Sports and Leisure Activities Co-ordinator" - Helen Jenkins

Her role will be to coordinate and promote the development of sports and leisure activities across Preston for disabled people, and to ensure that the activities are accessible and supported where necessary.

Although she will be based at our office on Church Street, she will be working closely with the Sports Development Team at Preston City Council to improve awareness of opportunities they provide, and encourage more disabled people to take part in existing leisure and sports clubs within the Preston area.
