Peter Irvine 1945 - 2011

It is with great sadness that we have to report the sudden death of one of our longest standing trustees.  Peter had been supporting us for the last ten years and served as our Treasurer.   He was also an active member of both the Physical Disabilities Partnership Board and Chorley and South Ribble Disability Forum.   He spent much of his time promoting DENW's work and could be regularly found running one of our information stalls at a host of different events across Preston and beyond. Our thoughts and wishes are with his wife Carol and the family.  Arrangements have been advertised in the Lancashire Evening Post.  The funeral will take place on Thursday 4th August at 10am at St Gerrard's Church, Lostock Hall and then to Hill Road South Crematorium.
