Judicial Review in Lancashire set for 20th July 2011

Fight against local cuts reaches final stage
The judicial review of the County Council's decision to cut support to disabled and vulnerable people in the county will be heard on Wednesday July 20th. The hearing could last three days. Disability Equality NW will be present and be called as a witness in support of the two people pursuing this action.
